Testimonials

“Before purchasing my first home I went to Bryan to determine whether I could reasonably afford to go through with it. The information he provided was encouraging! He looked at my finances and determined the price range I could comfortably afford. His help was both necessary and essential to making the decision to buy!

Based on my personal finances he determined that I could afford a home between $250,000-$280,000. With this knowledge I knew that the types of offers and counter offers I was making were based on the facts of my financial status! I didnt have to guess or go beyond my means. Knowing my limits gave me the confidence I needed!

Bryan broke down the difference in monthly payments between a $250,000, $260,000, $270,000 and a $280,000 mortgage.  He also explained how my monthly payments would be affected by different interest rates. In additon, he helped me to adjust my paycheck so that less taxes are taken out each month. I am now bringing home more of my income each month that I can contribute to my mortgage payments.

Before going to Bryan I felt unsure as to whether I could buy a home. I had asked other professionals and read several books but it was Bryan’s help that gave me the confidence to buy! He also made himself available for any follow up questions or concerns that I had.

Bryan’s services are affordable, easy and essential!”

Thank you Bryan!

“Bryan Schurter has [done our taxes] since 2007.  Over the past 6 years he has helped us transition from single individuals, to a married couple, to a married couple with one child and most recently to expecting our second child.  He has provided us with excellent services throughout the years…always very patient and able to explain things to us.  Because of his guidance, we have been able to make great financial decisions.  And because of our confidence in him, we have used the other services that Bryan provides.

2012 was a big year for us and Bryan was there with us through it all.  We set up our Will & Trust using his services.  We feel more than confidant that our personal matters are in line and organized. Throughout this process as well, Bryan made himself more than available to us and was sure to cover all areas of concern that we had.

We also purchased our first home in 2012. The first person we wanted to speak to was Bryan.  He sat down with us in a moments notice and worked with us to be sure that our dream of buying our first house could, in fact, be a reality.  That meant projecting our future tax benefits &/or implications, what we would need to do in terms of our withholdings from our paychecks and weighing the overall pro’s & con’s of this extremely stressful (yet exciting) financial decision.

As a young couple in a world of change & craziness, it is so great to be able to have someone like Bryan to provide such a variety of services that are all interconnected with one another. We would HIGHLY recommend Bryan Schurter to anyone & everyone!”
